It is a variant of the Zora Spear used by the Zora Champion Princess Mipha before her death during the Great Calamity.[1] Even though Mipha preferred to employ her healing abilities, it's said that she was talented with this spear too.[ane] King Dorephan had the story of the Lightscale Trident written on one of the Zora Rock Monuments. The spear was made as a gift for Mipha by Dento to celebrate her nativity.[3] Sergeant Seggin was the one who taught Mipha her skill with the trident.[four]
